Like McNamara just tweeted, there is no way the Pels simply extend this offer to Evans. The only way they do it is for a sign and trade because if not, we are in a holding pattern until July 13 and can't do anything until we know what Evans will do.

This discussion is worse than last night. The Pelicans did not offer $11M+.. There was an article last night that hoops hype did that said if the Pelicans did not exercise their team options, that was the max money they could throw at him. It also mentions they certainly would not.
