Hard to say which one is the "best" value. It depends what you value.

The tikka will be the best for out the box accuracy value most likely, but they're all very easily 200 yard deer killers.

For good American made greatness the Winchester and Remington's are all great rifles you'll be happy with.

Put your hands on them and get the one you like. They're all very good rifles.
