my 20 RAs worked
i'm most interested to see what we do with lance thomas. i've become attached to his once a month 10 point game

I'm going to have to guess that they decline his option, unless they think he can play SF
Posted on 7/2/13 at 6:19 pm to Cap Crunch
likely they do decline. i'm guessing they keep roberts also because i don't seem them keeping GV. but maybe they hold onto him.

McNamara keeps throwing out the option of using Roberts as a potential sign and trade for Evans. I'd be down for that since it'd allow us to use Vasquez's higher trade value for a C or SF and still have 4 potential PG's on the roster (Holiday, Rivers, Evans, and Jackson)

I guess they don't understand you can get starter minutes coming off the bench if you play multiple position. these people are jokers

LE would have a sad.
if we get Evans, there's no way they keep either GV or Roberts. would be absolutely no need for them. EG can run guard, evans can, and rivers can.

was Bomani on? that's my boy
i think those guys have a hard time wrapping their minds around the changing of how positions are used in the NBA

Yeah, I like Roberts, but it seems like with the additions of Holiday, Evans, and Jackson, you'd have to get rid of 2 out of the 3 between Vasquez, Rivers, and Roberts, and right now, the coaches and FO seem much more committed to Rivers than the other two (and rightfully so)

i think Roberts will have a good chance elsewhere to shine and become a really good backup guard. i just don't think it's here. i wish the Pels had more minutes to offer him.

I just hope that, if Evans is so hellbent on not being a 3, we are able to make a move so that Darius Miller is not in our starting lineup.

Do you guys think Roberts, Gravy, and Lopez will all be packaged in the same deal, or do you see the three of them being dealt in separate deals?
BTW: Was it you, Quail, who wanted to be PT admin? I support that. How does one go about nominating someone for admin status?

i think the latter 2 will be dealt together if demps has it his way, and roberts will be in his own deal.

yes it was. i don't think you can nominate...you have to be chosen, i think. kinda like the matrix

Really do wonder what EG thinks of all this.

i asked 42 in another thread but this might be a better place for it. what is our cap situation gonna look like next offseason? i'm not familiar with all the details of the financial aspects of what we can do. i know without trading we about tapped out for this season except for a couple of mil. how much we gonna have available to work with following this season?
