Bottled my sour wort saison today. The OG was 1.045 after the lacto did its dirty work. It was down to 1.004 today for about 5.5%.



Also, got this bad boy full and stashed away in the back of our monster closet. I still don't understand why our closet here in Texas is bigger than our 1st apartment in DC!?
