Apparently the Knicks don't have his bird rights so can't spend more than 3.1 on him. He played one year for them and several years overseas. He's 28.

He's a bit of a SF/PF tweener but is a very good outside shooter and can play inside in small ball lineups.

He was an essential bench player late in the season for the Knicks.

Sounds like he's right up our alley, actually.

It scares me when I say a guy 2 years older than me is too old to sign a long contract.
