I am kind of slow on the green because I am a head case, but I try to play ready-golf at all other times.
The four-somes that wait for each person to putt before they even start to read the green and then mark every fricking 1-footer drives me crazy though.

its the slow arse walking back tothe cart and taking 10 minutes to put their club back in their bag that kills me. Or the classic: they drive the cart to one guys ball and the passenger sits there waiting and watching and then when that guy is finished they drive the cart 20 feet over to his ball at which time he lumbers out of the cart starts fumbling to find a distance and decides on his club, takes four practice swing and then chunks it 40 yards.
Drive to a ball...get out and walk to your ball and be ready to hit as soon as the other guy hits.
