Also all i would switch is chelsea up to first, spurs up to fourth, everton up to 5th, and drop arsenal to 6th or 7th

I'm not making any predictions until transfer season is more done. it looks like we're actually buying this year which is a huge difference.

Our Arab is once again not spending money. I want to be positive, but barring some other signings I think we'll be flirting with the drop this season.

I can't explain the level of fail in this statement.

Looks pretty agreeable
I'd drop United below City unless they sign Alcantara and another midfielder

I want Stoke because of the boring long ball, set piece philosophy by Tony Pulis for all these years. Felt like I was watching the USMNT with Bob Bradley again
Hopefully Mark Hughes can do something about that now that he's in charge

I think you likely got it right. I'm biased but maybe you put Arsenal in front of City.

I sure hope so. Still can't believe how the season ended.

I'd move West Ham up a couple
And West Brom down a couple (assuming Leukakeu or whatever his name is doesn't get loaned back to them)
Really from Fulham down to Sunderland on your list is interchangeable for me.
