All week, I've been playing this, when I can, (4 hrs day). I really like the graphics, constant suspense, and huge action scenes. I am really impressed by this game. I think Square did a great job!
I also like how they made Laura more realistic. The boobs... could have stayed the same, however. - Mrs. TigerDik.

I enjoyed this game too and thought the graphics were great. We are in the minority on this board though.

I wasn't very impressed by it; it didn't feel like "tomb raider". Okay game by itself though, to each their own.

Yea, I liked it the first play through but its really just a lesser version of Uncharted.
There is very little to get me to come back and there are several trophies/achievements that you can miss and that you can't go back and get once you've beaten the game. That shite sucks.
The loss of time trials, the incredibly small tombs, and lack of Laura's mansion to explore are all a real bummer.
Usually the collectibles in TR are not that tough to find but here its easy to the point that it was more of a chore to get them instead of being a legit challenge.
The weapon upgrade system is a nice idea but ultimately it doesn't really change the gameplay b/c you can easily max everything out.
The multiplayer (which wasn't ever needed in TR before) is meh. Mostly b/c of the ridiculous amount of slowdown that occurs when several people are shooting at once.
I did like the story, the graphics are great, and I love using the bow and arrow.
So while I did like the game, I kind of wish I had waited to buy it once the price dropped to about $20 b/c there just isn't much replay value.

I just started playing uncharted and it is ridiculous how similar the two are. With that being said I have enjoyed both.

I'm probably not the best for ratings because I am very behind on my games. Graphics are good, especially on pc which I know you will do. Nvidia had some driver issues with it at first but I believe that got sorted out after about a week. Lara is great to look at. Story is ok and fizzles in the back half. The ending sequence is just stupid. With that said I had a good time playing it and gameplay was very similar to uncharted. It is not worth $60 but I would pick it up for $20 and below.
