I think RDJ is a good enough actor and have no issues with his work.
Overrated to me would be someone who gets critical acclaim and award nominations that just doesn't do it for me.
And that person is Kevin Costner

Kevin Costner has hardly ever gotten any critical acclaim for his acting chops. Though I have to say the dude did really well in Hatfields and McCoys.
