Cristiano only cares about cristiano on the field 
I think star players do get some input, it may not actually change anything jurgen does but I think at least talks to them about certain combinations. I'm not saying Bradley should decide tactics and basically become a player coach like Bill Russell for his last title.

Players deciding tactics is like children deciding what to eat for dinner. What they want is not necessarily what they need.
