Eisfield wide right would only be when we are thinking about dominating contesting the midfield, a la Ramsey versus Man City last year. He can play across the three behind the striker, but if he's going to contribute to the first team in any role it will might be the one he played today. Gnabry, Olsson and Eisfield could all do with good loan spells at top division teams. It'd be great if we could find a teams in the Bundesliga to take them.

agreed. honestly, best case scenario with all these CMs is that all show out on loan, or as a sub for an injured player for us, over these next couple of years so that we can fetch a decent fee. kind of congested in our midfield. i'll take just one actually being good though!
i really think this year Ramsey is going to blow up. especially if we don't sign a DM this summer. i really love him in the deeper position and think he could become very, very good there. his stamina and energy are fantastic and he really grew into the position as he progressed. could use a bit more finished product, but i think that will come.

I wish we got a better fee for Nordtveit. Out of the three DM's of that age, Coquelin, Frimpong, and Havard, Nordtveit was the least talented, but it appears he will be the most proficient. Frimpong has unreal athleticism, but with two knee injuries we probably will never see what he really could do. Coquelin was just too slight and couldn't add physicality to his game. Nordtveit and Ozyakup seem to be doing real well now.

I also agree about Ramsey. When he first came up he was fearless, a more understated Wilshere in terms of temperament but willing to try anything on the pitch. If he didn't get injured, I really think he would have been hyped as one of the best young midfielders in the game. He had just displaced Denilson before the injury, and was playing great. It was good to see him back and confident, as he might have the best combination of athleticism and technique in the squad. He has alright pace, he can run all day, he's surprisingly strong, and once he got over his fear of being hurt he was very good in the tackle. That's the biggest thing. He's not playing scared anymore. That type of injury must mentally wreck a player, on top of being the scapegoat for our offensive woes his first full season back, I'm so pleased he appears to have overcome that mental anguish.

Couldn't agree more. He obviously played brilliantly in the spring. I think he's quickly becoming one of the best passers in the PL, and I love his aggressiveness as a DM. It was great to watch how much he improved over the course of the year.
It's of course not absolutely requisite for his role/position, but if I were to find his most glaring area of improvement, it would simply be his ability to score. His range is pretty woeful, and he's also just not very good at poaching when he does get the opportunity.

I know this will never happen but Manure are just getting desperate
ManU launch bid for Fabregas
Didn't Fab spit in Moyes' face then Moyes talked trash about him to the media?

No that was Hull City's Phil Brown; aka the tannest Englishman ever.

@GeoffArsenal said in January we bid £30m for a player but that he wouldn't reveal who it was until he left his club.
today he tweeted the player was Cavani.

They don't mention a price anywhere. We are still in for him if we want him.

Rumors are that Luis Gustavo is up for sale. We need to make a bid.
