Yeah, I have seen and heard that. It's also probably a reason why developers aren't taking many risks anymore and load up on DLC. I see that on steam the new Payday game is dropping at $30 on release day, so clearly the no used game/lending games policies can have a positive effect for gamers. I still think that consoles will eventually make that move and cheaper games will result.
