Key word being 10 year old game

My take away was getting an out at second. I have no trouble with it. They looked awful silly when it failed. The highlight of the night for us

Looks like something you'd see in a little league game.

We ran this play every so often in High School. It was called "Miami" because they ran this play in the CWS back in the day.

The Miami play was at first base and the "throw" went into the bullpen where the batgirls jumped out of their chairs like the ball went under them.
Who called that play for the 'Canes...Skip Bertman.

Usually something you see in little league only because at this level you should not fall for that because you are an elite college player. But if you fall for it then your deserve to be out.

Because it was bush league. That's something that happens in a women's softball game or in bronco league. That doesnt happen in the 9th inning of the CWS. It's chickenshit

Exactly.

There was 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th.

It's bad for college baseball...it makes the game look a lot more like the LLWS than MLB.
