Did you even read the article? He ways microsofts goal is an Xbox based steam. Not just day 1 digital downloads. It's getting games to consumers on the cheap as well. That's the big picture.

They pretty much all are now, CoD because of it's Xbox deal was the only game I can remember that wasn't available digitally at midnight on release on the PS Store.
