The rest of the article is very funny but it also sounds just like a Rick Reilly column, as multiple commentors have pointed out. I am guessing Reilly can't be too happy that is on an ESPN outlet

Hopefully Reilly sees this as the writing on the wall and gets out of there when his contact is up. I can't imagine ESPN higher ups actually think he is talented, but I'm sure he generates clicks.

"If you read the news, there's another kind of spygate dominating headlines these days. America’s Spygate. Whistleblowers are in the news, but nobody’s talking about Coach Belichick. Instead, morale is at an all-time low, we can't trust our leaders, and the whole train is running right off a cliff. Now, we don't have to get too political here, but wouldn't it be nice if America had something to cheer for again?
Maybe Tim Tebow can be that something.
