frick, I don't remember the Surgeons costing that much. My boss and I laid it out the other day using 1400 as the actio cost and we came out to a little under 5k total with smith work.

Youre correct. Brownells has the the surgeon tactical short action for $1461 without bottom metal. The bottom metal with detachable mag at $399. I must have gotten it confused with another action.
