If you havent seasoned it,do that first.Bring it up to about 350 or so for a cpl hours to cook the oils and other chemicals off.

Then get a bone in boston butt,7-9 lbs.Trim the cap off it and season it liberally with a good dry rub .Have your smoker about 225-250 with your choice of wood;oak,apple,and hickory are good for pork.Put in on and smoke it until you get an internal temp of 195-200...Pull it for sammiches and let everybody think you are a BBQ wiz.
