I'd like to get into Finance, but I realize that's difficult from the PT program. I guess I could do marketing or consulting work and be happy, but I really would prefer finance.

Um if you mean IB, yea its hard, but its doable. You may have to start in something thats not as sexy first.

Marketing and consulting are very doable. We put a lot of people in Deloitte and Alvarez and Marsal(they actually prefer to recruit PT programs v FT)

Oh, I absolutely know IB is not going to be doable immediately, which is why I'm open to marketing and consulting. Reason being, is if a financial opportunity comes along, I'll take it, but I won't take lower pay.

I actually have experience helping to implement SAP and management experience. I have had to review SAP and its functionality across several different departments and I really enjoyed that. The only thing is that my title the whole time was "sales." I just happened to be the "youngin" in an office of dinosaurs, so guess who got nominated to go to corporate and learn SAP so I could come back and teach it to every department of the mill.

I just would want/need a job that pays very well if I did the UT program as opposed to something cheaper like UH since it'd be coming out of my own pocket. That's 40k vs. 100k.
