Also, wait and see, this judge will likely either have to appologize or the 30 days will get overturned. Why you ask? Because it is stupid, irrational, and ridiculous. Just like your thought process on this matter.

man judges have huge weight in PVs, at least in Louisiana. i see them routinely rule outside of pre-arranged plea bargains
violating parole or probation is "prepare your anus" territory
