Yeah they need to take that $5 processing fee on those $10 tickets and come up with a better program for receiving ticket requests and processing them.
They should have known on monday who was getting tickets and who wasn't. Season ticket holders could have just as easily requested postseason tickets at the same time just like students. Hell we should have known the week of the SEC tournament who was getting tickets.
