I have (3) 12V batteries for my trolling motor. I was wondering how do you charge them using one charger.

This assuming they're rigged that way.

BTW - get some Astro Lube prior to purchasing a three bank charger.

not too bad. I got one at Cabelas for around $160 a couple of months back. Get a four bank charger and charge your starting battery as well

I prefer to dance with the devil. I charge it to start every spring, then maybe once more mid summer. If I get caught with my pants down I can always unhook a deep cycle and swith it over to get home.

Me too...except in the ocean. If I'm making a long drift for rockfish, I'll just leave the motor idling in neutral.

How are they setup? as a 36 volt, single bank 12v with large capacity, 2 bank, or 3 bank?

You need either a single 36v charger(less wiring) but it is important that all batteries are the same and similar life, otherwise you can have one battery corrupting

or a 3 bank charger with a floating ground. the floating ground is a key aspect
