Hang in there hoss. Do what you can to keep your mouth moisturized as much as possible (swishing water periodically) and get some sort of fluoride gel or toothpaste from your dentist. Between the severe dry mouth and all that sugar from ensure, your teeth will get ate up with the quickness. Rinse your mouth really well every time drink one of those things if you can.
