dude went through 4 years of college. he's mature enough. he didn't leave after a couple of seasons.

someone needs to advise nfl.com you can't speed up or gain muscle post college.

I didn't mention Armstead in particular. Just saying some guys come in and their body changes a lot(frame, height, big weight shifts, etc.)
