The LSU-Bama game has not been an easy game for either team over the past 10 years.
Even the national championship was a dog fight until the final quarter when it became evident the Tiger offense didn't have a pulse.

Not exactly a bold prediction there. 
Yes on paper, it should be smooth sailing for Alabama. It's not that hard to see that. Could they trip up against LSU? Sure, absolutely.

Alabama's garbage 07 team pushed our BCS champions to the brink (we needed a huge 4th down conversion from Doucet late to even tie the damn game). Our shitshow in 08 took #1 Bama to overtime with some of the worst offensive playcalling and execution in the Miles' era.
Point is, the LSU/Bama game this year will be a dog fight like always. Big, fast athletes against big, fast athletes. Great coaching staffs, winning pedigrees, experience at QB, etc. We'll probably win by three touchdowns.

A&M is the only tough road game Bama has next year, therefore a logical assumption by Athlon. No offense taken here...
