I don't remember which agency he used. This was 7 years ago.

I'm pretty sure when you do the flat fee service, you, the seller, will actually be fielding the calls from buyers and/or real estate agents. They will be calling you to set up the appointments and ask questions, not Adam Campo or whomever.

I have had great luck selling my last 2 homes FSBO. Both sold in under 2 weeks. I know that isn't the norm though.
