I have seen Adam Campo adds that says he will list it on the MLS for a flat fee of $695 until it is sold. Have had no experience with him. Good luck. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I had not run across his advertisement. Will check it out.
So far, I've only found Jude Smith with Amerisell or Sharpmlg.com or sharpmls.com. He's in mexico right now, but did answer the phone right away. It was not a professional phone call. He had the right answers to all my questions, but I sensed he was a little annoyed with the call. He has listings in 3 states and 16 listings in BTR. Lowered his prices for me to $277 6 month basic and $349 6 month showcase listing with option to upgrade for another 6 months for $100. His listings look fine on Realtor.com. I'll try to call as a buyer later on to see what the experience is like.
I certainly see the value added by the reputations of the local real estate firms by looking at it from the seller perspective during this search. I still think I have to justify a professional's cost by failing at my own efforts.
