LSU & ULL obsession mutual

Seems like it comes from both ways. LSU seems to feel threatened when ULL does well.
Obviously many ULL fans are Jelly of the flagship.
More and more though I see tiger fans who like to talk shite on the Cajuns.
Just calling it like I see it.

The only time ULL crosses my mind is in situations like this weekend. Nothing there for me, personally.

Living in Lafayette, I can understand. Their is a lot of animosity on both sides. The die hard UL-L fans I know HATE, and I mean HATE LSU. LSU fans live it in this city every day. But it's not just sports related and it's been discussed at nauseam on this board many times so I won't even go there.
In a nutshell, they feel the only reason they are not on par with LSU in athletics is because of the political pull LSU has in the legislature. If there is any school in the state that has the means, IF ALLOWED, to compete with LSU, it's UL-L.

I am a LSU fan first always, but I will pull for any Louisiana school if LSU loses out.

Why is this even being discussed. ULL is our bitch and can't compete with LSU in any sport except softball.
