No, but 4" costs just as much as 6" if done right. The only way it's much cheaper is if you don't get a differential drop, which is a fantastic way to eat every front end part that can be ate.
Fords can fit big tires without much lift at all. They fit 33's easily with a leveling kit, and that's what looks the best IMO.

I'm sure it would look fine on any of the models. It all depends on the stance you want. I wanted a little bigger tires and bit of lift, but not too much so I didn't want 6" lift. I didn't mind the 2.5 and 3" level kits, but a lot of the research indicated that the angles on CV joints and such were a bit extreme. 4" lift was sort of in the middle for me and I'm def happy with it.
