It's his life. Let him live it how he wants. Nothing wrong with pursuing what you enjoy and want to do with your life.

This was actually my initial reaction. Kid has guts. Then I watched his stuff on youtube and i thought better.

I guess, but even as a rapper, you need to be smart. Do you know how many uneducated entertainers get ripped off by record labels, agents, or investors because they are too stupid to protect themselves?

Go to Michigan State, play ball, get an education in business or management, and then go be a rapper. You will already be a bigger name and that could help sell records.

Look ten years down the road, not ten months.

You're right, but I believe the majority of us take exception to "his decision" because we'll ultimately have to pay for him down the road. And his children.
