The baseball operations department is executing a solid plan. The business/PR areas, though, need to get their shite together now that they've canned Postolos by ensuring everyone has access to CSN and eliminating the other numerous PR blunders.
But it is pretty smart to shield the product on the field from the fans for the time being.

The gift that keeps on giving. PR took another hit today. Word came public today that in February, the Astros decided to cancel the Wives Gala which raised money for the Houston Area Women's Center and had been an annual event for 23 years. Crane e-mailed the organizer and told her that her services would no longer be needed. People are pissed about this one.
