Irrelevant when looking at the Per 36 stat. His Block stat this year for Per 36 is fairly consistent with his entire career, whether he was getting minutes or not.

Deandre's has been better Per 36 throughout his career. I wouldn't say because he had 2.0 per 36 this year and 3 of the previous 4 years he was much higher says anything about his "trajectory".

Scoring and FT shooting are a completely different argument.

I totally disagree. More minutes means you get more consistent opportunities and allows you to feel the game out better. Just like really high minutes will end up reducing efficiencies due to fatigue. This is why PER and per 36 must be used within context. 15 minutes against backups is not as challenging per minute as 42 minutes against starters.
