It depends on the job since he tailors it to each application process. He's had it as short as 1 page to as long as 3, not including references.
And why are references so obsolete? Jobs never ask for them.

because you could get sued for telling anybody anything....in IT, with only a few exceptions, his resume should never be more than 2 pages... I help people with their resumes and would be happy to look it over if you would like ....
