TD Mobile: Inability to skip to last page at top of thread

Seems unnecessary to require mobile users to hit the link to the bottom of page (or scroll) to click the double arrow "skip to last page" button when it can be quickly added to the "next page" button at the top of the thread.

we didn't want to clutter the top of the mobile page...for that reason, it is necessary.
