Yea they are not "done" bad choice of words. Moffett just bought it with his other company to bail it out. Last I heard DJ is looking like its shot. They still have the BlackBeard and Lafitte projects going on last I checked.

Off topic but anyone familiar with BlackElk. Sense the incident on their platform have heard they have been headed down hill. Talks of President being forced out and possible selling out or going belly up? I know they had over extended themselves with all the purchasing they were doing but didnt think it was anywhere near that.
