Don't know if this was discussed, but there was a story on Deadspin the other day about how there was all this empty retail space in the stadium parking garage. No businesses wanted to go in there because the Marlins suck so hard. Tilted Kilt was about to sign a lease, then Loria dumped the whole team and they said "No thanks". When you can't get a Hooters rip-off to locate by a baseball stadium, that is SAD.
