Foundry quests are an amazing way to get upgrades for your level, and higher.
Just did I am Slayer , and, walked away with 6 item upgrades.
seems Foundry quests scale to your level.. ?

Yes they do....I also like how the dungeons drop good level gear rather than just random levels. I'm 23 and have a full set in the bank come LvL 26 already
