I agree with that. I'm not going to fish a dock if it has someone fishing off of it. That was not the case here though.

But your using someone else's private property as a benefit to your fishing. I can see his frustration.

He was a a-hole. Give em hell on his dock everytime you fish his area.

As long as you're fairly skilled at casting, go for it. If you're a chump who keeps hitting their dock with your worm weights then that's a different story.

I hate the guys who are pricks about their docks. Lakes like that are shared.
