They have an "Ultimate Team" mode where you can coach and build a team of allstars.
You start with a team of shitty players, and as you earn points or coins or whatever, you can use this currency to buy "card packs" of varying tiers to upgrade your team. But of course, these packs can be bought with Microsoft points. A pretty gay and disc space wasting "feature".

So..... you aren't forced to buy these "packs"..... taking the money right out of our wallets!
