We went to Another Broken Egg and it was pretty much horrible. The wife and I each got the Floridian and the Crab meat tasted like bait! The wife had to send hers back and got 2 pancakes instead. The kids had pancakes and milk. So I spent $75 for pancakes, chocolate milk, and one nasty omelette with bait on it. Funny thing is we go to the one in Mandeville a few times per year and always have a great meal.

I find Another Broken Egg to be one of the most overrated breakfast joints. Everything on the menu sounds amazing, but then when it comes out and you taste it you're like WTF??
I agree with most of you that my two favorites in BR are Mason's and Frank's. The only negative about Mason's is that if you're not there right at 9:30 the wait is ridiculous. The blood marys are good, but I still don't like a 90+ minute wait or more for a table.
I usually get the banana/cream cheese stuffed French toast at Franks along with a couple other items and go home happy. Biscuits are nowhere near "Best in the World" or whatever they claim (Loveless Cafe gets that title), but they're OK.
