That's what I was about to comment. I think she'll end up mentioning to him that she overheard and thinks he should do it...and then she'll offer to go with him.

As for the episode, I think Andy made a fantastic exit with that song. A lot of the shots of the looks the characters gave each other during the song said a lot. I think Dwight and Angela end up together and Jam makes a graceful exit.
