About two years after he was in prison, some female news reporter interviewed him.

He spoke at length about how he'd learned his lesson, found Jesus, and was a reformed man. It all sounded good to where I was thinking, with good time, his sentence could be cut short.

After the piece finished playing, the female reporter added that Cecil was facing additional discipline because right after filming, he pulled out his junk to a female guard passing by.

He snuck in the apartment of a chick from the berry while he was at LSU. He was sitting on her bed when she got out of the shower. Not sure if that was the LA incident that got him on probation, but that dude was felonious from the jump.
