SAm is Lazy and a bit of a tweener. not elite as a pass rusher, but not big enough to be a dominating Strong Side end. Not quick enough to be an elite OLB in a 3-4 althought hte Texans will try to fit him into that.
Mingo is a fluid athlete and can get after the passer. Mingo will likely continue to get stronger and his FB IQ is way higher and his effort is far more consistent. CAn't believe the texans wasted a pick on sam with the intention of him being a 3-4 backer.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
