Also IMO the highest potential than any of the other leagues ... especially if you include how easy it would be to get some of the better talent stateside given how much easier immigration and taxes will be on them.
One thing that really hurts the MLS and all other none European clubs is there lack of a true Champions League Tournament, in terms of the competitive talent levels.

It doesn't help that 3/4 of their money earned after the first million goes back to the French government. At least for the players. I'm not sure about the rules for businesses.
