I absolutely would too. Seems like they went the way of American car makers. Designers just draw something up and no one around will tell them it looks stupid

Tundra...
pulls better
handles better
less wind noise
better transmission
better brakes
shite interior
shite stock radio
Ford...
prettier paint
more bling
Ive had both, not a brand snob AT ALL. Just my honest opinion. My Tundra pulls my bass boat like nothing behind it, my F150...same boat, couldnt pass anyone.

you put a leveling kit, boards, tires and a tool box, and the Tundra looks serviceable.
F150 definitely a better looking truck.
I may go back to one specifically for gas mileage, this one is two and a half and just went over 90k, got about another 1.5 years on it.

Just get a car if you want better mileage. Every single truck, be it 1/2 ton or small, all get 17-20 on the highway
Jetta or Passat diesel with a manual both get above 45mpg on the highway

I want better gas mileage, and I want a truck. Not really any more complicated than that.
17-20 beats the shite out of 14 when you are driving that much.

Well what did you buy once you sold it? Do you think Toyota will be offering good deals on the 2013's in August when the new style comes out? My wife has a newer sequioa and I love it.

How is the third row? We may be exchanging a Suburban soon.

For some reason the new Sequioa looks great while the Tundra looks bad.

It folds down which is nice. I have only been back there 1 time in my driveway. I don't think anyone has ridden back there but it seems nice enough. I keep it folded down and have a cargo liner down.It stays full of the kids crap. I Have two kids in child seats in the middle with dvd players in the headrests. Makes for calm travel. I want to do the same in a tundra crewmax for myself.

I don't see it like you guys. I guess its that i am nearing fourty and have been driving since I was 15. I have owned all kinds of cars and trucks that let me down mechanically at some point but never a Toyota. I guess thats what I see.

I'm driving a Tacoma right now and I love it. Always starts. No major problems. Sturdy in wrecks. Can tow our 19' skiff easily. But if I am going to drop $35K plus I want something that looks nice.

I have two little ones too, I try to not have them in my truck longer than 15 minutes. We use the wifes truck for any longer trips. We just have the portable dvd.

Exactly. If I'm burnin $30-40 grand, it better be on something I think looks good.

I bought a New Sequoia. I had brand new tires on my Tundra (275/60r20) Cooper Zeon LTZs and loved them so I switched them out to the Sequoia. It now looks more like a truck as opposed to a grocery go getter.
Third row is awesome. Seats will recline just like the middle row.
I've only had for 3 days but so far I don't miss my Tundra.
As opposed to deals on new ones, they have really good deals now on them. You can get them for 42k here in Memphis.
Think about that. I sold a 2011 with 40k miles for $35k Spend another 7k and get a brand new one.

that is the space shuttle brah
And it drives up a corkscrew ramp...thru fire.
Seriously, the GM commercial with the truck being suspended in the air, I just dont get.

i love my tundra and like how it looks too, i wouldn't worry about what other ppl think it looks like but that's on you...i admit the interior leaves alot to be desired but it's a hell of a truck...never owned a ford but have driven them, i don't find they pull as good but they're a nice truck all the way around

I bought a tacoma pre runner when they first came out I believe it was 2000. Good truck. sold it at 120k. never any problems.I drive a 4 runner now taht put 110k on on . Again no problems. I agree 35k is steep for a truck. And what I want is 45K but I will be patient and work numbers and deals as best as I can.

I always liked the Tundra, even when I had a Ford.
Weird thing is, I dont like the Dodge, and it is a better looking Tundra. Makes no sense
