there is already a wage war going on in SE LA for all crafts in industrial construction. this is only going to make things worse. the workers will benefit greatly due to this. great for the city as well. you'll have an influx of of (minimum) several thousand people people making 100K+. i see housing being the biggest issue. they will need a lot more travel trailer parks and apartments.
