You can tell the 3rd bumper plate is less than a 45. Looks exactly like the first two plates so I would assume it's same brand, only it's a littler smaller. Even if it were a 45, that would only make it 415. Which still isn't a lot. I know a girl who can deadlift 440. Yeah, she's a beast. But she's still a girl and he's a professional athlete who weighs 30-40 pounds more than her. He's still a beast, I'm just saying the picture isn't impressive. Although I will credit for no switch grip. That is tough
