Btw, the 17 is just as flavorful as the 300BLK but the 300BLK is sustainable. Also, it's 2 years old. How old is the 17?

Sustainable? It doesn't fill a void and it will never replace the original 30s(30-30,308,30-06) for deer hunting so it won't sustain. Average Joe's just don't go shoot up a lot of centerfire ammo out of $1000 dollar army guns.
