What does a Carey Mulligan get? If Maguire is a -1, she's got to be a -.5.

On a 1-10 scale? Prolly about a 3. Have no desire to see this really. Looks like it will be a pretty movie though.

I actually like Carey Mulligan but I don't think I'd go see a movie with her in it just because she's in it. So she's neutral.

With Leo, I'm immediately intrigued. There are very few movies of his, if any, that I haven't at least liked. So he gives the movie a +3.

Maguire is the opposite. There are very few movies of his that I have liked, with the notable exceptions of Cider House Rules and Wonder Boys. So he gets a -1. And frankly, Wonder Boys is the perfect role for Maguire, who seems socially awkward/inept, just like his character. But that movie was carried by Douglas, RDJ, and McDormand, just like Cider House Rules was carried by Michael Caine.

Before Spiderman, I was very neutral on Maguire, but his turn as Peter Parker has to warrant at least a -1. Good God, he was terrible.
