In that case, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who does give a shite about that 
ETA: Brew may know something I don't. I haven't had to worry about being or catering to someone under 21 in a while. I do enjoy Radio Bar. If you don't mind a slightly hipster crowd, give it a shot. Nice outdoor area.

Never went to any bars down here so I wouldn't know how it goes. Just want the one with us to have a good time himself.
