According to a high-ranking league source, Carradine was clocked at 4.93 seconds in the 40-yard dash, a more than respectable time considering that the 6-foot-4, 276-pound pass-rusher injured the knee just under five months ago but slower than the 4.75-4.85-second times first reported by Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

While Carradine's workout is certainly encouraging, it does not mean he's necessarily ready to return to the field. Multiple league sources, in fact, have told NFLDraftScout.com that they believe he'll likely be kept from participating fully until training camp or later, which could push Carradine out of the top 32 picks, despite the fact that he clearly possesses the talent to warrant first round consideration.

I like him. Would be a great consideration 10 picks or so back from #15.
